Perhaps you guys were already aware of using avocado but damn this is one of the best kept secrets I've discovered.
This is a very powerful fruit/vegetable/whatever it is...seems like different good fats from peanuts/meats/nuts (maybe, idk)?
Avocado's were my savior this year pre contest. As I began to flatten out from cutting carbs I began eating 3-4 avocado's/day (1/2-3/4 avocado with every meal) and my muscles filled back up, AND THE FAT KEPT FALLING OFF AT THE SAME PACE OR FASTER.
There is about 10g of fiber in each avocado as well as being loaded with vitamins.
