    Used until about 5ish weeks out (4-5 months prior)

    12 egg white
    1 C oat or grit

    10oz steak
    1C Rice
    1/2 C Veg

    Same

    8oz steak
    1C Rice

    8oz steak
    1/2 C Vegg

    10oz chicken
    1 C Veggies

    Same

    This is what was given to me. I was able to consume roughly 80% of the food. Occasionally I would have a whey protein shake post workout with pineapple. 8 meals with a shake. I was only able to get up to 7 meals including a shake. The steak felt very hard on my body. I was sluggish and always full. I feel like the results are better this year but the diet last year was much easier.

    to much steak imo but will definitely grow!

      Agreed. I wouldn't recommend this diet to anyone.
