    I have gotten down to a 34.5 in waist at 194/ 196 lbs for the last few weeks. According to the Army Bodyfat calculator, I'm at 13% BF and maintaing it.Thats the formula I always used in the Army and have been using it as my standard for the last 8 months now. I wanted to get between 12 to 14% so I'm good. I Dont want to get any lighter.

    Been eating like a freeking horse the last few weeks and got rid of the calorie deficit as I'm figuring out my maintance level now. Fuck it's a lot of food after running a deficit so long.

    I am now sleeping better since I'm eating more food as well:thumup:

    Going to continue at this point for another month or so, then try to increase cals by a few hundred a day to start gaining. Also looking at changing up Gym routien and going 4 days a week instead of three. Gonna start breaking routiene down and start working diffrent body parts and incorprate more leg work as I have reduced cardio way back and the legs wont be getting the work they were.

    I think this is gonna be harder then the weight loss...getting back the size..LOL

          yep, thats what I'm doing man, 1st thing I do as soon as I get up is check the mirror every morning,before I eat or do anything.:agreed:
