The diet below produced this after 2 years:

No guy can take another guy's diet and have it work the same. I'm not saying this diet will work for me but from what I have learned now over the last few shows is that I need to go high carb/moderate to high protein/low fat and NOT low carb/high protein/high fat. Apparently in Dorians first book he explained dieting similarly from 1986-1988 and it kept him from getting too fat. Obviously there were aas so I'm not sure how this will work for me without aas. We will see. At the very least it will be a good rebound diet for a month or two.
