I haven't bothered to look at grinders but I do know my father bought one for $300 from Cabelas and he is completely happy with it and he literally grinds 100s of pounds of venison, pork, and beef every year. So with that said, a city boys needs of grinding clean cut store bought meat would easily be met with something less than that.

How's it saving money if you're buying the meat from Costco? I could see maybe if you were catching your own, or buying a whole cow from a butcher.

I guarantee there are electric meat grinders for $100 or less. They wouldn't be suited for someone like liprippers needs but for the average household I believe they would.

Check Amazon, free shipping brah lol.

No. Depends how fancy or heavy duty you want to get. We have an attachment for our kitchen aid mixer. The mixer was a gift but retails around 300.

You can probably get a stand alone grinder for under 100 bucks.

I think they are super expensive no? I have thought about it but then figured it would be a pain in the ass to clean so many times. I would prob use one if I had it but don't feel it's worth the cost and mess to look for one.
