    This is the king of all bulk diets.

    meal 1
    8 eggs cals:588 pro: 50 fat: who cares
    bowl of oats cals:110 fat:who cares pro:4.6
    Glass of cranberry juice cals:240

    Meal 2
    Whey protein shake with 500g vanilla yoghurt , cals:850, pro: about 70, carbs and fat: nfi


    meal 3
    Mcdonalds
    1 bacon and egg mcmuffin cals:300, fat:14, carbs:24, pro:17
    2 hash browns , cals:304, fat: 19, carbs:30, pro:3
    Hotcakes with syrup cals:600, fat:17, carbs:102, pro:9
    1 large frozen coke cals:227 carbs:56


    Meal 4
    Any footlong subway sub about 560 cals average
    4 choc chip cookies cals:840 fat:40 pro:8
    a coke, cals:150

    Meal 5
    Mcdonalds

    total protein: more than 360

    Follow this diet until your massive or until you have a heart attack, whichever comes first.

        Nah, unless you are highly active (athlete) or doing massive amounts of cardio you ain't keeping abs no matter how great the genetics.

        If you are consistent and eat all that day in and day out for months you will see abs turns to slop.

            Meal 3, 4, and 5 take it a bit over the tip. Meal 1, 2, last meal are normal. Lol
