    Does cutting 80 gms of protein makes a diffferece in losing or gaining ,muslce size. Cause i ran ot of protein, i just ordered some and probably take a week. Ive been off it for 2 weeks and i feel wimpier

    320 less calories a day unless made up with regular food will most definitely make a difference for most.

        Bummer. Recommend supplementing with t-bone's till it arrives.
