    So when it comes to sodium and preventing bloat etc.. what do you guys try to keep your sodium levels at? I have been reading the sodium levels on all the foods i eat. What is a good sodium intake for a BB? Can you guys give me a too high or too low range here?

    Unless you're eating a bunch of processed, junk foods, nothing you eat should really be in question?

      Agreed. Not too much sodium in normal food.

        I eat a shit load of sodium by way of franks hot sauce. Don't worry about sodium bro. As long as you working out and taking in enough water it's not a worry.

              8k/day is the point where I hold water provided the sodium is accompanied by carbs
