Kirkland dogfood, our dogs love the shit.

Looks like a good list. Only problem is the fruit and veggies. Those are the only things I get from the supermarket bc they don't keep much longer than a week.

Do you cook your chicken in bulk a couple times a week or daily or each meal? I need to get back in the bb groove. Been lazy.

i buy frozen veggies. as for the bananas, i buy a batch that are ripe and a batch that are still green. usually last me right up until i have to go to costco again.

I get frozen simply for convenience but there is no comparison to fresh as far as taste.

I love the taste of fresh broccoli blanched for a few minutes so its still crunchy.

I get mine ready frozen from there, cheaper and because there already frozen their all in the same bag but they're not stuck together, do no need to bash them delegate when you get back and all that crap.
