      Are you just being hard on yourself? I can understand losing some of the hardness and size if you are off, but I guess I don't know why you would just turn into marshmallow.

        Cause he stopped training and started eating shit.

        Scrum you wouldn't believe how hard it is to train your ass off after coming of a cycle and see yourself getting smaller and weaker no matter what. When you have been on a certain level and then to see yourself get smaller and softer it's a real mind fuck. I imagine it's similar to being a multi millionaire and then next thing you know you are making 35k a year..

                My bulk turned into...

                Breakfast: 3 x sausage and egg McMuffins

                Mid morning: 2 cheeseburgers

                Lunch: Large ultimaze zinger tower combo with three wicked wings and a twister rap. (plus a water cause im healthy)

                Dinner: Large Big Mac meal, double Quarter Pounder, McChicen, 6 nuggets and sweet and sour sauce with a large chocolate sunday.

                Dat bulk.
