  • Senecot

Lately I'm concerned not getting enough fibre in my diet and I eat some red meat. It it ok to take a senecot everyday?

That's just a product to empty the bowels; a temporary resolution. Why don't you supplement more fiber. Milk of magnesia is probably a safer alternative if your just trying to force a bowel movement.

When I've taken fibre supplements in the past they give me anal cramp, bloat and really bad gas

What about increasing actual high fiber foods?

Your not wrong bro, I've been improving my diet the last six months and think I'm about ready to move to brown rice from white. Thanks

The oats in meal 1 should help?

Brown rice. Fruits and veggies. Beans. Popcorn even, maybe if you're craving a snack. Oatmeal for sure. Wheat bran.
