When it comes to good fats like extra virgin olive oil, do you still limit how much you use? I've heard a couple people say they don't measure when it comes to healthy fats. I think its 120 calories per tbsp so wouldn't those calories can add up and cause you to gain weight?

Yeah, that's how I've kinda been, but I'd hate to be causing more harm then good so I wanted to hear some other opinions.

When you intake the fats, just don't do it at a time when your intaking lots of carbs in the same meal, our if you do only have a small amount. Your better having good fats on protien only meals if your goal is weight/fat loss

calories are calories. if you are taking in more calories then you are burning you will gain weight.

depends on your goals. if you are trying to lean up that absolutely you need to watch the cals in good fats.

rado, you are fucken worthless sometimes. help the guy out or stfu and keep your BS in gen chat.
