The funny thing for me is years ago I hated cheese as a kid and teenager,,now I absolutely LOVE cheese,,all different kinds. The last I had was in Greece,,goat cheese,,lit on fire with 151,,and put out with a lemon. Slice and serve on pita bread. Its amazing!

That's Saganaki. There is a area of Detroit called Greek Town they serve that at every restaurant down there. There are a lot of Greek restaurants around me.
