That sounds like it would be good to just pour a little on tuna and eat it all. How much tuna and chicken you guys eat? I feel like thats all I eat.. haha... hence why im checking out all these recipes

I never eat tuna. But I grill about 10lbs of chicken breast a week.
I eat fish and chicken with brown rice.
Sautéed with green peppers, white onions, garlic, broccoli, squash, red onions, celery, carrots, tomatoes,and plenty of seasonings. I make enough to last for a day. I try not to eat the same thing everyday except for almonds, cashews, walnuts, which are within arm's reach.
