    Pretty much only eating and hitting weights again. Loved cycling and being outdoors in the summer, but who the fuck wants a cyclis body? Not me. I want to be a semi-hormona bro.

            Grass fed Ground beef, white rice and cooked spinach all mixed together with chipotle tobasco sauce. ( i pretty much eat this for every meal)

                    Hey, its all good dude. Your not on your own for thinking its freakish! give it a go, make sure the tuna is in sunflower oil though.

                    I actually make it with a 500ml of water so its like soup, so I can chug it down. I have limited time so its nice and quick.

                    At least we dont eat snails or frogs dude!

                      go to this lil mexicano place once a week for lunch man shit is killer. 5.50 for a burrito, taco, rice n beans. I shoulda took a picture of how much food or the amount of money. Love their steak fajitas too. What you guys have today?
