I weighed 204 when I first got on the mat, 6 months took me down to 185ish. I know I wasn't lifting enough, but I was still trying to eat a lot. I haven't bounced back from my bjj/cycling/swimming from the past 2 years.
Pretty much only eating and hitting weights again. Loved cycling and being outdoors in the summer, but who the fuck wants a cyclis body? Not me. I want to be a semi-hormona bro.
