    fuel, thoughts and opinions?

Few people I know doing an NO type pre workout with evogen glyco ject or vitargo. Intra workout doing glyco ject plus usp labs modern amino.

Thing is you then listen to guys like geirge farrah and they say this is a big mistake and blunts gh release if you take in evergy during workout, he even says not to have anything but amino's post workout for the same reason i,e, no energy fuel because it will just blunt the gh caused by the intense workout?

Pre workout some carbs, bit of protein, and some creatine.

"intra workout" is fucken retarded. just like these assholes that wake up in the middle of the night to eat. you are there to train. destroy your muscles in the gym and feed them after.

post workout 50-80 quick carbs, 50-60 grams protein, few grams creatine.

Bouncer pretty much captured my thoughts on this. I have a moderately carb heavy meal about 90 minutes before workout and caffeine 45 min before. Whet protein and carbs about 30 min after. Creatine pre and post. That's it.

Well to be honest if anyone knows, Its George Farah. Just look at his line up... Kai, Dennis James and Branch. These people wouldnt be with him if he they didnt think he's the best at what he does.

              True or not?

Got some samples of Hyde from NP, cause im in Aus Yohimbine is on watch here so we cant actually get any supplements with yohimbine. As of late ive steered away from stimmed up pre-workouts because from what ive heqard too many stims can blunt muscle growth. Started to use White Flood last week. Muscle building compounds with a good kick, also utilises natural N.O precursors like beetroot extract. Works awesome and you dont get stim dick after every workout which is a plus.

Pre: about 60g lower GI carbs (oats), little bit of protein, stimulant of some sort
Mid: No way, unless I am drinking a little bit of drink with stimulant and possibly some high GI carbs, but that's only in workout that are longer than I'd like (about 45-50 minutes)
Immediately Post: 40-50g whey protein, ~60g dextrose and maltodextrin
1 Hour post: Back to typical meal with ~30g protein, ~50g low GI carbs and ~10g fat
