It comes straight from the coconut bro... no bottles, no cups... You take a coconut, slice the top off, make a small opening, stick a straw in and drink.

Yep, I remember that. The Ganges is pretty messed up when it gets down to Varanasi which is where the dead body stuff is. I wouldn't get into that water there if somebody pays me. But the headwaters of the Ganges are fantastic.

I'd drink coconut wine, or something with some kick to it. I'm not into the whole natural foods trend. I wish I had a drink right now!

I've tried coconut water yesteday and I liked it, even though i hate coocnut products but water is quite good, and if its a natural alternative to sports drink i'll probably keep on drinking it.

It does taste pretty good. One thing I like about it best is the super hydrating effect .
