I know we were talking briefly about this a little while back, (Juiced1, where are you?) but I haven't really thought much about it - until now. I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease as a child - which damages the lining of the small intestine and prevents it from absorbing nutrients - but thought it "went away"....which it does not. :wack:
Anyway, after some issues I decided to finally test again. Sort of wish I hadn't, lol. :disagree:
*Anti-gliadin IgA (gluten) 169 Units (Normal Range is less than 10 Units)
*Anti-casein (cow’s milk) IgA 41 Units (Normal Range is less than 10 Units)
*Anti-ovalbumin (chicken egg) IgA 18 Units (Normal Range is less than 10 Units)
*Anti-soy IgA 24 Units (Normal Range is less than 10 Units)
They also did a fat malabsorption test, and it shows that my body is not absorbing nutrients it should be - which is actually the worst part.
SO -- anyone have any ideas of WTF I'm supposed to eat?! Any good resources? Without dairy, eggs, or gluten, it seems everything I eat is no longer good? :pissed::(
