Yeah, I started two days ago. Not sure how you did this for a year and a half!?!?! I've been so hungry...LOL But its probably just mental. I figured out where the extra fat I asked you about came from. I used a tablespoon on grapeseed oil to cook the meat for the day. That added 14 grams of fat to the total. So taking that out brings it down to 24.5 grams of fat a day. Im gonna take pics every couple weeks or so.

you havent skipped any meals correct?
shouldnt be too hungry on that many carbs, your body is probably use to having a lot of extra dietary fat to keep you satisfied. have to change the way your body uses food. energy to live and food for your muscles. thats it. each meal is fuel to do that. your not supposed to feel like you just ate a cow after each meal.

Well, yesterday I was at work longer than expected and I ate a little too early so i was real hungry when i got home from work and it seemed to last the whole night. I ate like 2 bites of cottage cheese last night, that shit is gonna take some getting used too. But i feel great this morning. I feel and look leaner actually. I'm pretty motivated about the whole thing.Originally posted by THE BOUNCER View Postyea, you dont need oils to cook foods.

Add something to your cottage cheese to make it Go down easier. Some blueberries maybe if you like fruit. I usually add a bit of Tabasco to my cottage cheese just to give it sone flavor. Works for me but may not be for everyone lol....

At least throw some pepper on your cottage cheese. Why torture yourself. Plain gets old after the first bite.

I like it but I would add in a lil natty PB and some flax seed oil to the shake in meal 1. it makes me content untill my next meal and I dont get alot of natty fats so I add here. I know carbs at morning and fats at night but I am backwards.Originally posted by THE BOUNCER View PostKeep us updated with progress bro. Remember its a cutting diet so dont go crazy with portion sizes.
Basically what works for me is high protein and carbs and low fat. Keeps you strong in gym, keeps muscles full and waist tight. If i eat much fat i store fat and it bloats me to hell. Give it a try for a few months.
Meal 1: Shake. 2 scoops whey, half cup plain oats, 1 banana, water and ice. blend it up and you good to go.
Meal 2: Chicken and white rice (jasmine, they have 25lb bags at costco). (brown bloats me) Doesnt have to be as boring as it sounds, do your chicken on grill and spice the dish up. hot sauce is my main go to. garlic powder kicks it up also. Portion size for me is 2 chicken breasts and about a cup and half of rice. For you I would cut the rice back to 1 cup per meal.
Meal 3: Same as meal 2 or something similar with protein and carbs and minimal fat.
Meal 4: Steak or fish and rice. I like to grill the steak then cut it up into little pieces and mix in with rice and hot sauce.
Meal 5: Before bed meal. Cottage cheese or a chicken breast or fish. (Some form of slower digesting protein with low fat. Whey protein is not good here.
You prob have a post workout shake so include that in there whenever you workout and adjust for you.
In 3 of those meals include 2-3 fish oil caps as a good source of healthy fat for your body that wont store as fat.
I am on day 2 of eattin 3 meals clean per day ( if you count teriyaki sauce on chicken eatting clean)
