  • Favorite Junk Food Meals?

I did a thread like this a long time ago. Time for an update.

    Breakfast: Chick-Fil-A chicken breakfast burritos

Lunch: Portillos Italian Beef Sandwich dipped with hot and sweet peppers

    Dinner: Portillos Meatball Sandwhich

I also have to add, even though we are in chicago now we can still get a pretty good cheesesteak just like back home from Jersey Mikes. Not sure if you guys have Jersey Mikes but give them a try. Order a cheesesteak with sweet peppers. good shit!

We have a Jersey Mike's here, and I happened to try them right before I started this diet. It was really good. Sort of annoyed that I even tried it, lol. Damn thing is right next door to my gym, too.

French fries are my most favorite thing, so luckily I can still have those when I'm ready to cheat.

haha yea, i remember first trying them when we were in raleigh and thinking its probably going to be some fake tasting crap and i was pleasantly surprised how good it was.

question fb, with your allergies to certain foods etc.. what exactly can you have as "cheat food". i am sure there are junk type stuff that you can still eat.

how about something like dark chocolate? doesnt that have very little diary compared to milk choc etc?

I can eat like plain potato chips, and french fries, but I swear I really can't even think of much else to "cheat" with? Maybe there's chocolate with no dairy, but I certainly wouldn't like it, so that doesn't tempt me.

I was at a bbq for July 4, and there was some type of monkey bread that looked like little donuts but smelled like cinnamon rolls. That was tempting. If I feel like that, a spoon of natural peanut butter does the trick.

well that is something you should look into because sometimes its important mentally to have something like that you enjoy.

Oh don't think I haven't thought about it. But I mean, what is there lol. No pizza, no cheeseburgers, no subs, no fried anything, no breakfast burritos/bagels/donuts, etc.

              :dunno:

No, I haven't been negative at all. But I do appreciate the cheat research :inlove:

FB, you do know that it's possible to reverse your allergies over time? I don't have time now, but I'll make a thread about doing a liver/gallbladder cleanse. Yes I know its sounds strange, but I've done it via chinese medicine and the results were amazing.

Yep. After a few months, I will slowly add one thing at a time (besides gluten, obviously) and see how I do :)
