Take at least 200 grams of protein daily to meat your body needs.
Try to take natural protein foods instead of protein powder or protein supplements.

It totally depends on your body because I've seen many people who are having issues with it but generally 200 grams is required daily.

It has already been discussed that the "Nutrition"is explained in such a way that the diet which for an organism is what it eats, which is largely determined by the perceived palatability of foods. Dietitians who are "health professionals" specialized in human nutrition, meal planning, economics, and preparation. They are trained to provide safe, evidence-based dietary advice for the people.

It all depends upon specific body needs, different people require different amount of protein daily. Mostly heavy gym workers require more protein than normal cardio exercise lover. But I don't think that any protein is required for normal exercise but only in case of heavy gym workouts..
