    Hey,

    Does anybody know of this meal replacemnt can be used on diet??ORIGINAL MEAL REPLACEMENT - ORIGINAL VANILLA - 40 PACKETS | MET-Rx - Shaping Every Body as i am beginning to get quite sick of eating the same foods all the time... this would make alot it easier for me... the amouts of carbs and protein is ok, and the same goes for vitamins as well... no saturated fats and sugar... i know the best is clean foods, but i am sick og eating almost the same and all the time, and could save me some money too...:whistle i was thinking about 5 meals a day, where 2 of them is meal replacements.. also easier with my job... what do you think??

    Thanks! :hibb:

      I've always enjoyed his products for shakes;

      Labrada LEAN BODY® - Find Out Full Details Here

      But nothing comes close to a MEAL.

      Trust me...You have so many options of switching up foods. You think Pro's don't get tired of eating same shit all the time? Change up your foods.

      Fish
      Chicken
      Tuna
      Red Meat or Pork
      Lamb
      etc.....List can go and on.

                it is fresh, but exspensive... f ex 3.5 lbs of chicken costs almost 19usd, 4.4lbs of trout costs about 63usd....and that goes for every proteinsource of medium qality and up.. and we pay 50% tax form our salury, so half budget...:)
