I like Allegro they have different flavors the hickory smoke is really good on salmon filets soak about 15 mins and grill. I use big zip lock bags to marinate in then you can just put the left over marinade bag and all in the freezer and use it next time. They also have one called game tame for you hill billies for wild game kinda takes the wild taste out of the meat. Good stuff for deer meat.

Never thought about using a salad dressing for a marinade...words from a true heterosexual.Originally posted by THE BOUNCER View PostI have that same webber rub FB, good shit.
my favorite thing to marinate chicken in is regular oil and vinegar Italian dressing.

it gives good flavor and it sears the chicken perfectly on the grill cause of the oil.
i only do it when I need a little more fat in my diet for the day.
not sure about apple marinade though. lol

I have been making my own sauce to go with my chicken. Sounds gross but its fucken good.Originally posted by FitnessBrat View PostAny new sauces/seasonings? I still love Weber Kick'n Chicken!
about 3 tbsp ketchup, 2 tbsp franks hot sauce, chopped onion.
i dont even like ketchup but this shit is good. think of it as more of a vinegar based bbq sauce then a spicy ketchup.
