How does sucralosa or splenda in proteinpowder effct fatloss on low carb diet??

And other effects, good or bad??

Splenda has been studied extensively and there's no evidence of any adverse health effects. Pretty effective in my opinion in maintaining some level of sanity in a low carb diet.

yea i dont think it has much of an effect either way. if your eating the proper foods, training etc it wont make a difference.
