          i have always heard that when you mix the powder and let it sit the protein gets fucked up. but i am not really sure i believe in that bro science.

                    and store food in it. Make multiple trips to your car, grab food, and eat.
                    Ask mofo, I have been doing this throughout college to keep my meals in check. Spend the time to prepare them and you'll be set. As far as eating in the lecture hall, who gives a fuck, sit in the back, eat as quickly as possible, wash it down with water and go back to taking notes. 10min tops is what you need for eating.

                        14 egg white. 1 whole egg. 1C oats this AM. (Other AM's are 1.5C oats dry of course), 1 packet sugar free pink lemonade. All raw.

                                that's exactly what i need to do, but in the morning I don't have an appetite to eat. Eating 10 egg whites take eternity. I'll try to scarf more down.
