  • What's in YOUR pantry?

    I'm always looking for new things/ways to spice up my diet - without really cheating, obviously. Besides the obvious rice, oatmeal, etc - what's in your pantry/refrigerator? :)

    Just found these as well, both very good! I mix the peppers with onions and it makes my rice my favorite thing to eat -

              Only thing I really change up is the sauces I use. Different hot sauces, bbq sauces etc.. Im on a sriracha sauce kick right now. love the shit.

                I've been buying lots of different marinades/sauces to try, but I'll post those in the "Marinades" thread.


                I bought the pickles and peppers at Walmart. :thumup:

                    All from Costco.

                    I put like a table spoon or 2 in my shake in the morning and in my protein powder oatmeal soup at night. lol. It gives a sort of nutty flavor to it. Good shit.

                    Dried fruits I will just have like a handful after my mid afternoon meals as a little dessert. dont eat any fat in those meals so carbs not much of a concern.

                    steak strips good for those times you are on the run and cant have normal meal. like a gram of fat no carbs and tons of protein. sodium isnt really a concern for me but it may be for others so watch that.

                      Bouncer's right--the sauces/marinades are where it's at...I have a rediculous stash of buffalo sauces, hot sauces, marinades. Gotta try those relishes--I've been craving the hell out of pickles lately--WTF?!

                            I seen them steak strips the other day at costco are they good? I didnt buy cuz wasnt sure and they had ton of salt. but if they good I will pick some up next trip.
