I happened to get my hands on an Herb and Garlic. I got 2 1/2 of flank steak marinating. I will keep you posted on how it turns out :)

I've seen them before, but never used any. Guess I just stick to what I know. Looking forward to hearing how it turns out. I think I'd prefer the mesquite though, especially for steak.

Id throw some real jack in there for flavor. I use it while i bbq, comes out great.

yeah that is a good marinade. we get it here at safeway for about $$3/bag or so.

Your lucky. Here it is cost me roughly $9 USD for one bag. Thats why we often make our own marinades.
