  • Started eating lot of hummus

I love this stuff, I make grilled chicken whole grain wraps and use hummus and spicy mustard - add in whatever vegies you want. It's good for you and tastes great! Anyone got some good uses for it ? Right now i have pita chips and hummus and put it on sandwhiches but I kinda bought a lot of it lol so I'm all ears.

Low carb tortillas with hummus spread. Roll it up and eat - great as a snack.

If I'm not mistaken, yes. I haven't bought any in ages but I believe they had whole or multigrain.

Try broiling the low carb wraps for a few minutes so they harden up (like chips) and then break apart.

I just microwave them for 30-40 seconds and they are good enough to eat. If you nuke them much longer, then yeah, they get pretty crispy.

Hummus is what I need to eat veggies. Hummus as a dip for baby carrots or celery sticks is awesome , also a tbsp of hummus in a salad goes a long way .
