i just used Cinnamon Raison Ezikiel bread (frozen section at Hyvee) then soak each slice in egg whites (pourable egg whites) wait till its all puffed up from absorbing most of the egg whites, and then use a skillet to cook (nonstick spray on it).. i make a side of egg whites too, and sometimes put it in between to slices..good protein/carb ration..mostly protein though, and so good. you can sprinkle cinnamon on it or use all natural peanut butter for protein/good fats..or use a little sugar free syrup, or dry.whatever you prefer. its bomb:thumup:
