          I don't know. Back in the day I'd use clomid because thats what the bro science said to do and some of the latest bro science around here says to just use nolva only so I tried that as well. Still crashed using both methods. The the next time around, I didn't use ANYTHING and I crashed about the same. That was my experience.

              its funny that you call clomid or nolv as recovery "bro science" when it is backed up by real science.

              and how do you know you "crashed about the same". are you backing that up with blood work and actual data or are you giving us some bro science? works both ways homey..

                  I always try to get everything I need through a solid food diet. I do have a whey isloate drink PWO but its nothing crazy.

                    Thought pct was about not just getting natty test back up but also to combat testosterone conversion into high estrogen levels which in turn cause unwanted side effects? On the original thread I quit doing the grape juice pwo thing awhile back sick of having the shits and stomach aches. real food is the ticket all day imo...oh and btw fuck coming off..

                      test doesnt convert into estro. they are 2 separate hormones. its more about limiting the amount of time your estro levels are higher then your test levels.
