I think a person can overanalyze fat loss. Eat healthy, cardio, and weight train. When you're not losing any more fat, then overanalyze!
that was my whole point to juiced1, you make something complicated and get lost with fucken mystanic chlorides in chicken and all this none sense you over analyze and forget what the fuck your doing in the first place.
He is pretty clear in his books that they are addressed at the genetically average non-juicing athlete seeking to maximize their potential. If you are genetically elite, you don't need his nook and his protocols would need to be presumably modified if you are juicing.
Regardless of whether you actually implement his protocols, his books are a great read for simply the knowledge they contain on how the body's digestive and endocrine systems work.
