    Simple.

    2 scoops choc whey

    4-5oz dry Oatmeal

    1 banana

    Handful of Craisins

    2 tbsp milled flax

    6-7 ice cubes

    Just enough water so it blends well but still thick.

    I do same for 10 yrs every morning but i add natty PB not crasins. I need more cals than you to stay this fat.

      yes has to be thick or the oats are nasty,lol. I used to use soy vannilia milk untill I seen the sugar in it,lol switched to water.
