    1/2 cup oatmeal -150 cal, 27 carbs, 0 fat
    1 banana -60 cal, 15 carbs, 0 fat
    1 cup of Oats -450 cal, 57 carbs, 0 fat
    1/2 cup whole milk -75 cal, 6 carbs, 4g fat

    735 calories
    105 carbs
    4g fat
    only 4g protein from the milk

    I dont even think my body will use all of this, i think most of it will come out the other end. thoughts

    you had oats and oatmeal? i dont understand. where is the protein?

      Usually my first meal i eat a lot of carbs, then i have a protein only meal later. Aye i wanted to know what your BP was from your post yesterday??

        Wait please clarify the difference between oats and oatmeal and also can you explain how twice as much oats has 3x the calories of the oatmeal? I'm thoroughly confused.

          The granola has coconut almonds, sugar, walnuts, honey, brown rice syrup, water, cinnamon, natural maple flavor, and pecans.

            bro are you eating for bodybuilding purposes or what? that breakfast is just stupid.

            to much fucken carbs and no protein at all? i am lost with why you would eat that way?

              my metabolism is through the roof, so i eat as many carbs as possible. Now about 30-45 min after that I'll eat 2 whole eggs and 6 egg whites and a protein shake. some days ill eat the eggs and shake first then eat the oatmeal second. As far as gaining weight, its working.

                what is your current stats? bf%?

                i dont agree with that breakfast at all.

                if you want cals blend up 2 scoops protein powder, 2tbsp peanutbutter, little bit of oats, a banana, and whole milk.

                eat a bunch of carbs and then later protein makes zero sence. you are eating to many carbs and not enough fat or protein.
