So over the last few months I have replaced my last meal from protein and carbs (oats) to protein and fat (nuts). Last week I switched back over to oats for my last meal and every morning I wake up looking far better then I did with just the nuts.
I will still have my fish oil during the day and a higher fat 7pm meal with steak, salmon, or chicken breast cooked with coconut oil but I will no longer go out of my way to add fat to my other meals.
All our bodies are different and after doing this multiple times I know my body works best with high protein, high carbs, low low fat.
