  • My new experimental diet/plan

Basically what you see in the pic is the only thing that goes in my mouth for the next month. My body does best with high carb/ high protein/ low fat so thats what its going to be.

Switching my main carb source from rice to oats because this particular brand of oats is really easy to eat and taste better then plain old oatmeal. Need a bit of a break from rice anyway.

Just to give you an idea of whats in the oats. I will consume 2 packets with each meal..

Not changing much on the protein side. 2 Chicken breasts per meal. Protein powder in between whole food meals.

Meals and supps will break down like this:

Meal 1: 2 scoops whey, 2 packets oats, 1 banana in blender.

Meal 2: 2 Chicken breasts, 2 packets oats, 3 fish oil caps

    Pre Workout Drink

Meal 3: 2 scoops whey, 2 packets oats, 1 banana

Meal 4: 2 Chicken breasts, 2 packets oats, 3 fish oil caps, muilt-vit

Meal 5: 2 Chicken breasts, 2 packets oats, 3 fish oil caps

    Total Protein = 300 Grams - 1200 cals
    Total Carbs = 360 Grams - 1440 cals
    Total Fat = 55 Grams - 495 cals

    Total Cals = 3,095

Training is 6 days per week, 1 hour per session, Cardio is 6 days per week, 30 minutes per session.

Current cycle: 300mgs Test E and 200mgs Masteron E per week

Will keep you guys updated on how it goes and if I need to change anything.

P.S. Chicken is cooked in a pan, no oil, with salt and pepper. I eat it with hot sauce.

Why? Why not the keys, or the blue heating pad under the magazine, or the table the stuff sits on, or how about the bags, boxes, and bottles that the food and supps are in?

            fucken weirdo's. :disagree:

It's ok B.... Vanity Fair is a quality mag. No shame in reading it while you are on the treadmill. No need to get all worked up about it... :D

But seriously, no rice at all? How do you eat the oats in meals 2, 3, 4 and 5? Blended too?

Why not just eat sweet potatoes and other veggies for carbs? I don't really understand the carbs must be oats or rice limitation.

Do you cut up the chicken before cooking? Do you pre cook meals, or cook right before consuming?

Doesn't look like you're getting very much fat. No nuts, nut butter, avocado, coconut oil, nothing?

I'm interested in seeing how you feel after a few days/week of just oats. Or have you already been doing that?

Why buy frozen chicken patties? Filled with bunch of garbage to keep fresh. Go to Trader Joe's and get some nice organic chicken.

no rice. i heat the oats up in the microwave. it doesnt have the same thick paste texture like other oatmeal, very easy to eat.

i dont like sweet potatoes, would just stick with rice if i was going to do that. may have veggies here and there but i wont count them as cals.

i cook the whole breast on a none stick pan with salt and pepper. i make each meal right before i eat it.

yea, just the small amounts of fats that come in the oats, chicken, fish oil etc.. my body really doesnt do well on high fat. just seems to store the fat i eat. the oats are a bit different then you are thinking. they arent like that thick pasty shit that gets really hard to get down. they are lighter and airy if that makes sense.

I'm thinking purely of the grain itself when I say that. Rice vs oat/barley/wheat.
