Nice of you bro but I go through almost a box and a half in a single day. Wouldn't be worth your trip to the post office. hahaOriginally posted by Turbo3000 View PostI have 2 unopened boxes that you can have.
thats cheap. costco sold them as a 6 pack. cant remember exactly how much they cost. going to target tomorrow so i will see if they have the same deal.Originally posted by FitnessBrat View PostI just bought some at Target. $1.25 for 5 packs. I don't know how that compares pricewise to what you've been buying.

Tried this stuff out last night and this morning. Its just regular oats with maple flavoring. No sugar or anything. Each serving (half cup) has 30 grams carbs just like the better oats packets. I just add 2 packets of spelnda. Its ok but for me nothing beats the texture of the better oats brand and the packets are so much more convenient then measuring each time.

Have you tried cinnamon plum spice?Originally posted by THE BOUNCER View PostHoly fuck, I picked up a few more of the oatmeal varieties. Same company, and same basic calorie break down just not "organic".
The oatmeal raisen cookie is fucken great! You guys gotta try this companys oatmeal. The texture, taste, etc.. will make you not be able to eat old school oatmeal again.

It wasn't half bad. Bit more spicy then I remember it at the Korean BBQ.Originally posted by blm View PostNo shit. I had no idea they had something like that. Wonder how it tastes on chicken. Sounds weird, knowing the taste and how well it marries with beef.
Damn Costco has everything.
I think Costco tends to also carry shit that is popular locally. The one here sells Giardiniera, that pepper shit that people put on the Chicago Italian beef sandwich. I def never saw that in Jersey.
If you guys have any other kind of spices or flavoring that I can use to kick up my chicken meals let me know.

Just a final update on this diet experiment.
In short, I would recommend it to anyone. It has been by far the best diet I have ever run on multiple levels.
IMO, Oats are absolutely a better energy source compared to rice. I feel more satisfied between meals, the energy levels seem more stable, and the digestive system is running better then ever. That last point is not the best topic of conversation but it's an important one none the less. I really feel that all the fiber in the oats has helped me process my calories more efficiently.
If you are stuck in a rut and need a change, give this diet a try, I think you will be surprised at how good you feel.

Figure this one out.
Last few weeks I switched from the better oats packets to basic Quaker oats. I kept the portion and calorie per meals equal to what I was eating with the better oats.
My stomach became bloated and digestion and everything that goes along with that slowed way down. Looked like I was pregnant.
So I switch back to the better oats brand 3-4 days ago and my stomach is back to being tight and I am back to my normal poo poo schedule! lol.
Any ideas? Why the fuck would a certain brand of oatmeal effect me so differently then another when cals and portion were the same??
