    in any case, no it doesn't. when you eat hardly any fat your body starts utilizing carbs and protein better (at least in my experience).

    Only thing the sugar does is keep my muscles looking full, its never stored.

      I was thinking mentally, sorry for being vague. I was totally off base anyway. I was thinking that you have always been pretty low sugar, but now remember that you keep fats low.

      I have been doing more low sugar, higher fat and find that my energy levels are much higher.

      The oats are great though, and most likely the only kind of oatmeal that I will consistently eat, I might need to find the plain oats to cut down on the sugar.

          I just got some blueberry, it is around 12 or 14g, which isn't bad at all.

          I ran pretty low sugar levels the past month, so seeing anything approach 10g makes me a little crazy. :panic:

          I should be worried more with the amount of fruit I have consumed the past few days, I have been killing it.

            • For anyone looking for a flavor change for your chicken. Aged balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper. OMG, makes chicken taste amazing. You dont need much balsamic, the aged version is much thicker and flavorful. Has a wine taste to it actually. 25 year aged balsamic is a thing of beauty!

              • Fucking yum! Anyone that hasn't had good apple butter before.. you are missing out! Taste nothing like apple sauce and no there is not actually butter in it. So god damn good, I eat half a jar every time I open it, usually before the gym.

                              How r you its been a long time

                              Still recovering from my back injury

                              Started training and about to try your experiment diet plan

                              Want to make few changes any suggestions or critics le me know

                              Upon waking up
                              1 scoop acetyl carnitine, 1 cap fat burner , 3 caps fish oil

                              30-40 mins cardio

                              Meal 1 same as urs but no banana but only 1 pack of oatss

                              Training

                              Meal 2 1 breast fillet 4" sweet potato 4 asperagus shoots or 1-1/2 cup broccoli

                              Meals 3 same as meal 1 I add some olive oil to the blender

                              ,4,5 are same but no sweet potatoes instead some greens like cucumber
                              or celery or spinach

                              Running test e at 400 mg / week and last 4-5 weeks might add anavar 30 mg to start and increase to 50mg
                              U looking massive bro keep pumping
