It's not really even to transform shape or anything. I just get busy, don't eat, and then my body stores what little I feed it. I'm lucky to get 1000 calories a lot of days, and I know I need to quit doing that because maintenance gets harder the older you get.

Except for me. I'm getting younger :whistle :D

The maple and brown sugar oatmeal is really good. It's the OatFit one. Has a different texture than the Muffin, but tastes great.

Apply a mixture of turmeric powder and pineapple juice on dark circles,
Apply cold cream 15 minutes before going to bed,
Sleep for at least 8 hours in a day...

This was probably the key step I've been missing all along...

Your diet looks good as it is, I understand fine tuning it to your needs though.

FB, why only 4 meals instead of 6? Are you eating every 3 hours? Or do you have some shakes in between(might have missed something)?

Only 4 because they had that many calories in each meal. Plus, it's very hard for me to eat 6 times.

6 meals with 1500 calories? That's crazy. Even 4 meals is barely tolerable when you are that low IMO. A 200 calorie meal has got to be the single most unsatisfying thing ever.

This "eat every 3 hours" business is mostly hogwash. Unless you are diabetic, there's no need to do all this mumbo-jumbo to keep your insulin levels right, or whatever the bro science is. The body can take care of insulin levels just fine.

The heat bothers me. My appetite has dropped the past few weeks. I also feel like everything is being stored due to my erratic meal pattern.

                            Sucks......

Didn't know this was bro science. I thought it done because it increased the speed of your metabolism by having it working most of the time.

FB, that sounds like a really hard diet to follow through in the long run, can't you add just a bit more of calories?

I don't think it makes too much difference, at least 4 vs. 6 meals. I am sure eating all your calories in 1 meal is not recommended, nor would it be possible, but the eating 8 or 10 times a day stuff is just rubbish. I think that if you eat say 4 times a day sensibly, you'll be just fine.

The other bro science notion that you can only ingest 30 or 40g of protein per meal is also bunk. Also not true is the idea that you will waste away if you don't wake up in the night to eat food, or that the body needs to be filled with food first thing in the morning because it has been starving and hence eating up all your precious muscle all night long.

The fact of the matter is that insulin response is a highly evolved and sophisticated negative feedback scheme and the body will adjust in a very efficient way the right amount of insulin at the right time. It doesn't need any help from us.

Also, metabolism is a long term process, over 72 hours. Not eating overnight is going to do NOTHING to the metabolism. If you don't eat for 4 days, then yes, the bdoy may start to break down muscle for energy, but otherwise, it makes no difference. That's why protein calculations over less than a day, say meal to meal, is ludicrous. As long as you get the right amount of protein over a 2-3 day average, you'll be just fine.
