    Hi all

    newbie over here just wanted to say hi and also if possible get some advise on my current diet ..

    Im 5.10, 29 years young and roughly 75/76kg

    trying to add some lean mass diet is as follows

    Meal 1:
    2 x instant oats sachets (27g each)
    2 scoops whey

    Train

    Meal 2:
    Whey in water with glutamine and evojet carb mix

    Meal 3:
    200g chicken with 100g basmati rice

    Meal 4:
    200g chicken with 75g Sweet potato and UDO

    Meal 5:
    200g Venison with 50g Rice and veg and UDO

    Meal 6:
    185g Tuna with Veg and 50g mixed nuts

    Meal 7:
    Varies lately whole chicken and halumi cheese

    Snacks (not always)
    Nuts, Dehydrated Kale, whey mixed with quark or yoghurt

    Fluid
    Gallon of water
    some diet soda's

    Im assisted in week 2 of
    Test E - 600mg p/w
    Tren E - 300mg p/w
    Tbol 80mg per day

    Welcome to sm dave. Your diet looks good but you have to add little more carbs. Your diet is very similar to mine and I'm trying to loose body fat. I'd say to start with just add little more clean carbs to each meal and see what happens.

      good man much appreciated would you recommend say 50g to each meal or around workouts etc ?

        I'd say add 50gr carbs just to meal 3, 4 and 5. 150 grams of carbs addition is a nice little jump. :)

            agree with beast. 100g rice is only half a cup. not enough if you are trying to gain.

            cup of rice in each meal or replaced by good sized sweet potato.

            everything else looks good.

              Cool thanks mate - is there any harm having say 2 sachets of oat-so simple instead of rice all the time or should i stick with the rice and potato?

                    yea not bad but i am starting to miss my chicken, rice, and hot sauce meal. i may replace one of the oats and chicken meals soon.
