  • Good tasting salt substitute?

Salt is proving to be the bane of my existence!! I think it has crack in it or something because I love the crap. I can only put lemon pepper on so much food and it's getting old. Does anyone know of a realistic tasting salt sub?

Nope. I have tasted a few but never liked any of them.

I was a big salter years ago but hardly use any now. When I use it I like kosher salt better...maybe it's because the salt particles are bigger, but I think less goes a longer way than regular.

You'll eventually get used to the lower salt taste and enjoy it...just stick with it and avoid fast foods because they're loaded with it.

Frontier Brand Pizza Seasoning. I get it at my health food store. It's awesome! Great on chicken and I even sprinkle it on my egg whites sometimes.

in the seasoning aisles of any store along side of ms dash you can get, salt free seasonings. I have stuff for chicken and steak. Its just called mckormics salt free chicken or steak seasoning. put it on and marinate it or throw it on when ur cooking. It makes it taste way better.
