          My pant sizes are 33"...believe what you want...you saw my pics of my jeans and I can show you my suits too...It sounds crazy but I carry my weight weird and you know this. But stop trying to be such a god man asshole, seriously get off your goat.

              LOL... how does the kind of fruit matter? Yes, different fruits may have different vitamins or antioxidant chemicals which are all great, but they have nothing to do with fat loss. The only things that matter for fat loss are the number of carb, protein and fat calories they have. That's it. A banana carb calorie is EXACTLY the same as a papaya carb calorie.

              Bro, listen to me. Stop wasting your money on exotic tropical fruits, at least if fat loss is your goal. If you want antioxidants, eat blueberries. And calculate and post up your macros. Seriously.

                    You like bouncer are just jumping on one thing and going off like two bitches trying to get to Walgreens because you just realized your period started. Give me a few hours and I will post my diet(probably on a new thread)and explain my reasons to my fruits. It's not about exotic fruits or whatever bro. It's what makes me feel good when I roll and huge benefits of preventing lactic acid. But I'm sure you know this already:whistle:

                      If you want to lose body fat then listen to what i tell you and stop the bullshit. stop making excuses for why you somehow cannot figure out your macros.

                      if you truly want help you will stop being lazy about your diet and start taking it seriously.

                      lay out your diet properly with portion sizes and I will be more then happy to help you.
