Hell I posted a thread about diet and besides Bouncer asking a few questions, I didn't really get much help at all! Every time someone suggests a change, you explain it away and say you already look good. What the hell is it you want!
He wants to continue to look at food as some magical substance that cannot be figured out. He wants to say, "the reason I hold bodyfat like I do is because of genetics and high estro levels". He wants to get good advice and then argue his way out of it by saying "i just dont count my food bro".

Rado, me and scrum have given you ALL the advice you need. It is now up to you whether you want to use that advice or not. Continue to say "i just dont count my food bro" and you will continue to look like you do in that orange shirt.. no offence. :)

This thread and your other diet thread are now locked. No more bullshit. You have all the advice you need. Take it or leave it.

But my sugar is fruit; that's good immediate release sugar.

I always need a big breakfast though. I did also have my tomato and avocado.....no bagel this time or bread because i had ham....thx for the help bro
You don't want to be ADDING stuff. You want to be TAKING AWAY stuff. Mainly sugar. And then see what happens. Take away 1/5th of all carb sources and gauge how you are doing. You don't need to count calories, just go by portions. Or keep the same meals, just throw away the last 20% on your plate. Something, anything to consistenly reduce your carb and fat cals.

And you haven't talked about fat at all, but between the ham and the burgers and the avocados and the pepper jack cheese, not sure how many fat cals you are getting. If you eating a 100g of fat everyday, that's a problem.

Sorry FB, I must have missed this thread. I'll look it up and see if I have anything to add. I don't always have insights, but I wouldn't ignore you on purpose! :)
