, the average man should be eating around 55g of protein, while a woman needs 45g,

. A chicken breast might contain around 40g of protein, a cod fillet 30g, a helping of tofu 15g and an egg 6g.

    LOL!

So I should be eating a chicken breast and an egg a day and that'll be enough protein for me. If I try to survive with a chicken breast a day I'll be going postal.

I haven't seen the "protein shakes are bad" shit since the 80's. They tried so hard to prove it was harmful. My parents gave me such a hard time about it lol. I guess if your a fatty and you want to drop some lbs then I can endorse the protein powders as meal replacement ...otherwise theres no need.

I don't know about you guys but I barely count a protein shake as protein. Protein powder will claim 30g per serving or whatever. theres no fucking way that's even close to 30g of chicken. I just seems to me that protein shakes are a result of great marketing. The powders are basically a byproduct of milk or cheese that cant be used. They didn't know what to do with so they made it into protein powders for bb'lders because were ignorant.
