Curious if it would be bad practice to have one of my shakes with milk instead of water? Chocolate mint is so damn good with milk!

It does taste MUCH better than with water. Its fine to use Milk if your trying to add size,,bulk or just for the recreational bodybuilder. I used to punnish myself with brown rice everyday someone said just eat whit rice and see if it changes. lol didnt change a thing so no more suffering for me. I am sure if I was comp ready it would matter but thats not what I do.

There is nothing intrinsically evil about milk. If you are lactose intolerant, then fine, avoid it. But if not, you just need to know that it has sugar in it. Factor that into your diet. Can your situation (bulking, cutting, getting ready for comp, etc.) tolerate a few extra grams of sugar? If the answer is no, then avoid. If yes, then proceed.
