            No
            the best case scenerio is you will maintain size and strength but you will not grow.

            pb, milk, pasta, rice and chicken are fairly cheap in bulk. im not buying your excuse. if you work a lot of hours then say so...

            get a protein powder blend like syntrax sytha-6. get 3 meals of whole food at least

                ---Effectively??? No.--you will in fact probably look and feel like shit. At 80% of your diet, I would expect your body would not respond favorably to that much protein in shake form. Amino acids, micro nutrients, and a whole list of other things that your body processes and utilizes from actual food are lost. Additionally you will probably shit puddles which will would not be advantageous to adding muscles. Thats my opinion fwiw.

                    Protein shake is best for getting good results, if you want to gain your size.and a whole list of other things that your body processes and utilizes from actual food are lost.
