  • My new diet

    Hello,

    Starting with a new diet and would love to know what you guys think about it.

    9am Meal 1: 3 eggs, 4 egg whites, oatmeal
    12am Meal 2: Protein shake, 500ml milk
    3pm Meal 3: 5 peanutbutter sandwiches
    6pm Meal 4: 180g chicken vegetables and brown rice
    8:30pm Meal 5: Protein shake, oatmeal
    10pm Meal 6: 500g of non-fat cottage cheese

    are for bulking i just make sure i eat more of these foods when bulking and less when cutting so theses are the mainly foods i eat
    Macros
    Kcal 2865
    Carbs 280
    Fats 91
    Protein 210

    It's not great. 5 PB sandwhiches in 1 meal? Come on bro.

    Up the protein, lower the fat, up the carbs slightly. Replace the protein powder with chicken if at all possible.

      5 PB sandwiches is just 5 pieces of bread not that much right?

        Assuming you make a sandwich with 2 slices of bread, using wheat and natty pb as an example, that's over 1500 cals in one meal. About 150g carbs, 85g of fat, and 35g protein.

          :D i just have 5 slices of bread with like 2tbs per slice
          ammount of peanut butter depends on bulking or cutting

            Ok so 300 cals and 55g carbs less still a lot of fat and minimal protein.

                Bro trust me, it's a crap meal that needs to be replaced. As a rule I never count the grams of protein in breads, pb, vegetables etc.. only meat, chicken, fish, protein powder is counted.

                        MEAL 1
                        1-2 eggs + 5 whites

                        mix veggies

                        MEAL 3
                        Beef
                        1 Cup white or brown rice or pasta or potatoes
                        salad

                        MEAL 4
                        Fish cutlet -Salmon, Talapia
                        1 Cup of rice
                        Veggies

                        MEAL 5
                        Protein Shake (I guess, I don't do shakes anymore)
                        Multigrain Bagel with PB

                        MEAL 6 (bedtime)
                        2 cups of cottage cheese
                        You could do a chicken breast or protein shake

                        Lot of water throughout the day.
                        Snacks
                        baked chips or peanuts or cashews. if your fat now then scale back on the carbs a bit.
                        Mix up the order and food this is just an example. I have eggs during the day all the time.

                            drop the sandwiches replace with chicken/sweet p or brown rice , loose the eggs have 2 scoops of whey with ur oats ! fuck eggs ! make sure ur supplementing with omega 3s aswell !!
