bro your looking god damn good, i dont really think you need anyone's help! i dont know much about lasix or any of that stuff. i was just using test E and Masteron in the avatar. diet is oats and chicken. i would definitly drop the shakes though, protein powders bloat me a bit, maybe its the same with you..

im dropping the shakes from today and upping my extra lean ground turkey from 4 oz to 6 oz... I am having 6 meals of extra lean ground turkey and broccoli OR white potato! what do you usually top your food with B? what kinda of seasoning?

Thats exactly what I have been doing...oregano...garlic powder and onion powder! Fuck bodybuilding lol... it is like I gotta dig and try to fing what is fucking me up... if I go too high I sodium I hold water and if I go too low I hold water too wtf hahah. I am to the point where I dont knpw what to try at 2 weeks out...im scared of screwing everything up

yup, timing can be a bitch. sometimes i kill myself and look in the mirror and im like "ehh ive looked better". other times i will eat junk, train half assed and look in the mirror and look fucking amazing. high science bro, hard to figure out.
