    Hi Guys
    Im new here and was after some diet advice.

    My diet currently consists of:

    Morning 8am - 80gm Crunchy Bran (Weetabix Bran for the iron)
    100ml 1% fat milk
    or
    Oats so simple Golden Syrup Porridge (1 sachet)
    5gm Creatine with Fruit Juice

    Lunch - 100gm Brown Rice, yellow, red and green pepper, corgette, tomatoes and Turkey breast steak.
    Apple

    Dinner - 100gm Brown Rice, yellow, red and green pepper, corgette, tomatoes and Turkey breast steak.
    or
    Roasted VEG and Turkey Steak
    or 3 x Poached eggs on Wholemeal toast (2)

    1Hour in the gym, weight training with 5gm Creating before hand
    1 x Protein shake after gym, PhD iso 7 Chocolate Delux

    10pm ish - Another Bowl of Weetabix Bran or some Shredded wheat with 100ml 1% fat milk.

    Lots of water a day.

    I try to eat around 1900 calories a day, I am trying to loose weight and also tone my body up as I did have a high % BF.

    Any advice is much appreciated.

    is the current diet working or no? how long have you been on it?

      Get 10% of your target calorie intake in grams of protein. E.g. 3,000 calorie diet: 300 grams of protein per day. 4 meals: 50g or protein each.
      If diet plan is working for you than no need to change it.
