As I stare at 25 boxes of the same brand/flavor of oatmeal in my 'up stock' pantry, I wonder if others have some HEALTHY dietary staples that they eat all the time and would share - I am always looking for new, healthy ways to hit my macros.
I eat this same thing every morning for several years - my breakfast never changes:
2 packets OatFit Maple & Brown Sugar Oatmeal: 6g Protein, 36g Carbs (2g sugar), 4g fat
Maple & Brown Sugar - BetterOats
2 scoops MetRx Whey Isolate Chocolate w/ water/ice: 60g Protein, 3g Carbs (1g sugar), 1g fat
ultramyosynŽ whey isolate - chocolate - 2 lb | MET-Rx
I usually add to the oatmeal 1 tablespoon of a flax/almond/sunflower/walnut mix I make at home, as well as some sort of high-glycemic sugar fruit like chopped dates or raisins.
I usually have a cup of coffee with this - stevia and some fat free vanilla creamer.
This is my pre-workout I eat every day - every day even traveling - as soon as I wake up 1.5 hrs before I workout.
