  • Oatmeal VS Rice

    I've gotten into the habit of putting a cup of oatmeal in a blender with banana and protein powder. When bulking, I'll have this 4 or 5 times a day.
    My buddies at the gym tell me I should be eating rice instead.

    It's so much faster and easier to just drink down my carbs. Am I making a mistake?

    No. I go through 3 tubs/month of the MetRx Protein & Oats. Two scoops = 17g carbs, 25g protein. High in fiber, low in sugar, tastes awesome.
